Requirements
- Wall area must be prepared and plastered.
- Minimum opening size 16″ x 22”
- Minimum width of wall 55”
- Gas supply to the fireplace must be in place.
- Offer based in Cork Area only
Fully Installed in accordance with Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
- Gas supply to the fireplace must be in place.
- The existing fireplace must be fully removed prior to fitting.
- Chimney must be cleaned and clear of any blockages.
- The installation wall must be in good condition. If plastering is required, this must be arranged in advance and will incur extra cost.
- The customer must live within 20km of The Fire Place, Forgehill, Cork T12 X625.
- If a Skippo bag is required for rubble removal, it is to be paid for and pick up arranged by the customer
- Standard fitting does not include structural alterations or non-routine modifications. Like chambers or bigger stoves
