Yes, we have a large selection from Gas, Electric and Ethanol fire ranges for you to choose from. It may be possible to install a flue through an exterior wall or through the roof, which would enable you to have a soild fuel stove.

You need to get your chimney cleaned at least once a year by a chimney cleaning company or chimney sweep
Yes, your house can be assesed to see if a balanced flue can be fitted to a suitable exterior wall or through the roof.
