• The existing fireplace must be fully removed prior to fitting.
• Chimney must be cleaned and clear of any blockages.
• The installation wall must be in good condition. If plastering is required, this must be arranged in advance and will incur extra cost.
• The customer must live within 20km of  The Fire Place, Forgehill, Cork T12 X625.
• If a Skippo bag is required for rubble removal, it is to be paid for and pick up arranged by the customer
