My elderly parents needed to replace their outdated fireplace as their old one was an unsafe and inefficient gas fire. I live up the country now and only get home some weekends. I was delighted to discover I could organise a fire survey in the house, for when I was back home. Not only did The Fire Place make the selection process very easy for Mum and Dad, they made my parents feel at ease and informed in the decision making. They were very respectful when dealing with all Dads concerns about the controls on the fire and made sure he would be able to manage it, before it was even ordered. I felt completely at easy knowing this would be looked after in my absence. They went out of their way to make sure the works were carried out with as little as possible disruption and stress for my parents. Killian co-ordinated all the different works that needed to be completed.
